✍️ Submitting to The Clarion

We’d love to feature your content!
To submit an article, photo, or other creative work, please contact the Chronicler.

Before your work can be published, you’ll need to fill out the appropriate release form(s):

📄 Creative Work Release – for articles, stories, artwork, or other written/creative pieces.
📸 Photographer Release – if you took the photo.
🧍‍♀️ Model Release – if the photo is a portrait or features one person (or a small group).

All forms can be filled out digitally and emailed to:

⚠️ Important Note

If you previously submitted an online-only form (not a PDF or paper copy), please be aware that older releases may no longer be valid under updated Board of Directors guidance (effective November 2022).
You may need to complete new forms to ensure your materials can be published.
